Itinerary

As per your Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, we will be there to heartily welcome you in the land of the Himalayas and pick up you at the Hotel as prescribed. After Check-In and refreshments, we can discuss the trekking and tour details to be operated. Similarly, in the evening we together will go for Nepalese cultural dinner with typical cultural dances of diverse ethnic groups. First Overnight in Kathmandu Hotel. (Overnight at deluxe hotel on BB basis).

Today we start our journey at 7:00 a.m. We will organize a seat for you on a tourist bus so you can take a view of the landscapes as you drive along the Trisuli River, where you will see numerous people rafting down the river. We will travel 200 kilometers in about 6 or 7 hours to get to the most tourist city of Nepal, Pokhara (a city of lakes). The city provides us with a breathtaking view of many mountains, including the Annapurna range's Dhaulagiri, Manaslu, Machhapuchre (Fish Tail), and others. You have a wonderful opportunity to finish up some shopping and go exploring on your own around the lakes and city (walk around a few lakes, go boating, etc.). (BB base, one night in a luxury hotel in Pokhara)

Today is the first day of our trek to get to Annapurna Base Camp, a bit easy climb for the day after breakfast, we travel around an hour to Nayapul. Annapurna Base Camp Trek began at Nayapul. A slightly easier climb through the bank of the Modi Khola River and the picturesque sight of lowland Terrace farming landscapes. We will have lunch on the way to Tikhedhunga and stay overnight in Tikhedhunga (Stay the night at a tea house with a full board).

As we set out from Tikhedunga, the majority of the trekkers find the steep stone staircase (which has roughly 3300 steps) to Ulleri to be challenging. We will see magnificent vistas, a rhododendron forest, charming villages, vegetation, fauna, and more during our 5–6 hour trip. (Full-board lodging in a tea house)

Early morning hikes up to Poon Hill (3210 meters/ 10531 feet) to observe the panoramic vista with a spectacular Poon Hill sunrise. We get a chance to witness the flora and fauna of the Annapurna trip region as we go through dense forest from Poon Hill, a magnificent viewpoint. It will take 5 to 6 hours to walk from Ghorepani to Tadapani after breakfast. (Full-board lodging in a tea house)

We descend steeply from Tadapani to a picturesque settlement called Chomrong, which is perched on the flank of the enormous Annapurna massif. Chomrong is a village in the Annapurna region of Nepal and a well-known overnight stopover for those going on the Annapurna Sanctuary Trek. Our route from Tadapani to Chomrong follows the Modi Khola's west bank, with steep descents to Chomrong beneath the towering peaks of Annapurna South and Machhapuchhare. (Overnight stay  at tea house with full board)

Today after breakfast, we trek up a trail with stone stairs to the Chhomrong Khola and follow the step towards Dovan passing through beautiful jungle views, small brooks, rivers, and greenery hills. Trekking from Chhomrong to Dovan takes around 5 to 6 hours; after crossing the suspension bridge, we ascend to Sinuwa. We will keep on steep accent and descends in the way with the beautiful views and sceneries. (Overnight stay  at tea house with full board)

Today after breakfast we gradually ascend via Modi Khola riverside with distinct stunning views of green hills, and huge rocks along the way. You will feel the difference in altitude flora and fauna as gradually climb up. Passing through the two mountain gorges of Himchuli and Machhepuchre we will reach Machhapcuhre Base Camp, popularly known as Mt. Fishtail Base Camp. Its name, which translates to "fishtail" in Nepali, alludes to the mountain's twin peaks and notch summit. Fishtail Mountain is the most unique and beautiful mountain in Nepal. It is considered a holy mountain and the Nepal Government has prohibited climbing to the peak.(Overnight stay  at tea house with full board)

Today after breakfast our trek takes us deep into the heart of the Sanctuary at the Annapurna Base Camp. The trail gradually ascends for several hours, leading you along a grassy path. Depending on the season, the trek can be quite enjoyable as you climb higher and are greeted by the magnificent sight of a variety of snow-capped peaks surrounding you, including the imposing Annapurna I with its towering northwestern face. At the Annapurna Base Camp which is about 4110 meters high above sea level, you'll find 2 to 3 teahouses, each offering a superb panoramic view. Annapurna Base Camp is enclosed by the huge and gigantic 360-degree Himalayas from all directions renowned for the stunning views of snow-capped peaks of the unique mountain Fishtail (Machhapuchre) and Annapurna ranges including the high summit of the world. (Overnight stay  at tea house with full board)

Today, we will have a sunrise view of the snow-capped mountain in Annapurna Base Camp in the morning. After an exciting morning, we will have breakfast and start descending back following our footsteps towards Machhepuchre Base Camp.  You will follow the same path the only difference is this time downhill and reach Bamboo to stay a night. (Overnight stay  at tea house with full board)

After breakfast, we descend towards the Chhomrong Khola, cross a bridge, and then ascend more than a thousand stone stairs at the end of Chhomrong Village to return to the same path we had previously taken. From Chomrong, the path descends sharply for about an hour until you arrive at the village called Jhinu Danda. You may want to consider visiting the natural hot springs located downstream by the Modi River. (Overnight stay  at tea house with full board)

Today after Breakfast, we trek towards Nayapul which is an easier path than any other day. We were going to travel the Modi Khola's riverbank after breakfast, passing through Kyumi Village and New Bridge. We'll keep on with our last-minute trip through the Syauli bazaar to Birethati before heading to Nayapul for the final 30 minutes. We'll take a short break to have some refreshing beverages before making the drive back to Pokhara. In the hotel, you can have a rest and do laundry as needed. (BB base, overnight stay at a luxury hotel)

Your journey will begin at 7:30 am from Pokhara with a ticket reserved for you in the tourist coach. You will arrive in Kathmandu after 6–7 hours and be transferred to your accommodation. The day is free for you to relax, finish up any last-minute shopping, or see any attractions you might have missed on your first day in Kathmandu. (BB base, overnight stay at a luxury hotel)

Finally, we concluded our trip and exchanged our experiences and knowledge with each other. Please provide us the feedback about our services. According to your International flight, we will arrange an airport transfer and farewell with a desire to meet again.

FAQ's

There are usually two seasons suitable and widely popular for Annapurna Base Camp Trek: Spring (March-May) and Autumn: (September - December) because the natural view in this season is considered as best and the weather is really good.

Altitude sickness (also known as acute mountain sickness) is an unfavorable health condition that strikes our body when we are at a high altitude (basically above 2500m). If there are any symptoms seen during the trek, we will have a primary treatment to cure the sickness. First of all, we will walk down to a minimum of 150m from the location where the symptoms are seen, and walk down again if the symptoms are not improved. If the victim is unable to walk down on his/her own, we can hire a horse, or we can request our porter to carry the person. Warm water and ginger juice are also served to cure the sickness. If these treatments are unable to cure the patient, rescue can be done by helicopter.

Nepal's Government has a system of issuing licenses to travel guide who has good experience in Nepal's trekking routes. During the trek to Annapurna Base Camp, we will provide you with highly experienced 1(single) trekking guide for 6 travelers and 1(single) porter for 2 trekkers who can carry up to 20kg (number of porters can be increased upon your request). The guides will be fluent in English and able to describe the routes and itineraries to you.
