Terms and conditions is a key to book any Trips. Under the legal binding of company act Nepal government as Treks and Tours Company, we would have a legal relationship to provide and enjoy the service. Please try to understand the legal booking procedure thoroughly:

Reservation and paying procedure:

· Need to send your Passport photocopy and passport size photo by the attachment in the email or any media.

· Though all the Trip is quoted in US dollar ($) you can pay in the convertible other currencies.

· Payment in Cash can be done in any Foreign Currencies prescribed by Bank of Nepal to be exchangeable.

· 20% of full amount ought to be done in advance to confirm your booking

· Payment can be done in cash, bank transfer, telex and credit card (4% service charge by banks).

Above is the process to book a trip as per your requirement under the legal company rule. The other details are:

Passport and Visa detail:

You must have to get valid passport minimum 6 month of arrival date. For Visa to Nepal, you can have from Nepalese Consulate of the origin nation or from International Airport and Roadways entrance gate. Visa fee is not included in our cost of the Trip.

Secrecy:

Gurkha Treks and Tours may require your some prominent and essential documents for legal use simply to justify governmental laws. As a responsibility of a company by keeping your document safe and protected, we will not reveal your any facts to other for any other purposes or reasons.

Insurance:

Clients travel insurance for the trip has not been include in the Trip cost. Former travel insurance is suggested to get although we will assist our effort for the safety. Himalaya is very wilder place than other part of the world so you have to be insured to be secured

Liabilities and Limits:

Gurkha Treks and Tours try to keep in providing the services has been contracted with clients. But we will not be responsible for any unusual incidents like natural calamities, strikes, restriction by government, accidents, flight delay, wars, cancellation of the trip, injuries and incidental death. In case of additional services and beyond the service include section the clients must pay extra. We reserve right to adapt or modify arrangements when required for the sake of our customers.

Grievances:

Grievances/complaints on your problems must be first tell to the guide with you. Guides will try to solve the problem with full effort if not then you have to contact in the office. While one is as a guide in the field other will be in your contact and solve your problem as fast as possible. You can comments us about the Trip after you finish it. As we have done a Trip we will be the part of our company Gurkha Treks and Tours and we are happy to have your suggestion and comments even from your home.

Cancellation:

Cancellation have to be provided with detail and will be valid after it is accepted by us. When cancellation is done before 7 days to 30 days advance deposit 20% will be charged. When cancellation is done between more than 24 hrs. to 7 days 40% will be charged and full payment will not be refunded within 01 day. No refund will be there for no-show and unfinished treks and tours. If we have to cancel the Trip we will propose for another trip if not we will refund you.
